Final Four Jamfest

So last night was fun; I went to the Sublime concert downtown at Discovery Green for the Final Four basketball game. The highlights of the night were people watching, giving high fives to random people, and watching Sublime. I don't usually listen to their type of music but with the atmosphere it was so serene. I wore lace shorts, my dad's shirt, and biker boots. You should've seen the looks I got from all kinds of people, it made me feel like a celebrity. I didn't care if they were looking at me thinking I was weird or looking at me because they thought I was cool, I was just happy people noticed me. Everywhere I went people moved out of my way, I don't really know why but it was lovely. Now here's a picture of my cat and I

While looking at this collection I could only imagine New York City boys walking around on streets, subways, buses looking simply amazing. If only every boy could look like these models in these gorgeous clothes created by Robert Geller. This Autumn/Winter 2011 collection is one of my favorites for menswear this year.

Anthro Vistit

So yesterday I was in town and decided to stop by one of my favorite stores, Anthropologie, to see what they had. I was so happy when I saw high waisted black pants, but of course they were four sizes too big.. After about forty minutes looking, I came down to a black parka and black pants.

Free Music? Yeah

Go here for free, amazing, legal music and listen to the best songs and mixes before anyone. This place has stuff from some of my favorite bands like Crystal Castles, FOE, Oh Land ( and that's just to name a few), but also make sure to sign up for the emails so you can get notified daily and weekly on when new stuff comes out. I've been using this site for about three years and it never fails to disappoint me.

You've Just Been Punk'd

Balmain, Balenciaga, and Burberry. What's not to love about that threesome? In last month's Vogue David Sims captured Freja, Arizona, Raquel rocking some studded rocker chic wear that I absolutely loved. I love when fashion takes a left turn off the road of elegance and goes down the dead end street of grunge. Blacks, reds, safety pins, studs, spikes, fringe it's all I could ever want in my wardrobe. Hello Kitty Doc's

Wow, ok so when I saw this tweet from Nylon about Hello Kitty Doc Martens I died a little on the inside. They are so cute and adorable and I need them as soon as they come out into stores. They would look great with practically anything, and I mean it's Hello Kitty so of course it's amazing. And with two types to choose from just makes Doc even better. (photo is from Nylon)

Alexander McQueen

Feeling like you want to get lost in a different world and escape into the forrest of McQueen? I know I get that feeling when I look at McQueen Fall 2011 collection; there's just this certain thing about the shoes, the makeup, the hair, the dresses are just enchanting. I would do anything just to sit front row in one of McQueen's shows, it's truly a dream of mine.

Hello Spring

These earrings are so pretty and intricate I would love to have them. They have a somewhat futuristic look and feel to them, they put me in a little trance when I stare at them. Must have soon.

Dreams and Ambitions

If I could decide who I would like to be in my life when I grew older my two biggest candidates would be Anna Wintour and Grace Coddington. Both women are two of the most elegant, fashion-savy minds in the fashion world today. Oh how I only dream about one day working at the bible of fashion magazines: VOGUE. Ever since I saw The September Issue documentary I knew that what they did every day of their lives, is what I was meant to do also. The energy, the passion, the thrive for perfection is what makes VOGUE VOUGE. One day, trust me, I will be editor-in-chief of VOGUE magazine. I will work hard and accept nothing but the best from myself. I will devote my life to fashion. I will be the next Anna Wintour.
